The Post Office

December Playtime was all about the Post Office. As you all know December is a very busy time for the people who work in the Post Office and all the post people who deliver the really important letter to Santa in the North Pole. We  had a visit from Lil who works in the Post Office in Killeshandra. 
She explained to us all the very important jobs she does every day. In our groups we had lots of fun and here are some photos of us during our playtime.

November Playtime

November playtime was all based on the topic The Library. We learned that the Library is a really cool place because you can borrow  books for free. During our playtime we played in the Library role play area where our librarians and customers were very busy all day long. We built libraries in the Construction Area, made lots of books, libraries and librarians in Junk Art. We had a Small World area where the little people visited the Library. We also played in playdough which was really lots of fun. Here are some pictures of us in  playing.
